HOW TO GET TO THE NEXT EXERCISE FITNESS LEVEL

There are many things each of us can do on a daily basis to improve our fitness level. And they are so easy that many people are surprised by how their fitness improves after doing them. None of these require purchasing a home gym or expensive exercise machines. Implementing these tips into your daily life can give you the boost you need and take you to a new level. Things to Do At Home
1. Get rid of the housekeeper and gardener and do your own work. Doing housework and garden work burns a lot of calories and builds muscles. 2. Take a ten minute walk after breakfast. If you cannot do it after breakfast, take a ten minute walk after your evening meal. 3. Instead of driving to someone’s house down the street or driving to a store on your block, ride a bike or walk. 4. Sit up when you are watching television. Don't lay down and fall asleep. I'm guilty of that. If you have a stationary bike, pull it in front of the television and cycle during your favorite 30 minute comedy show or the evening news. Or use some lite weight dumbbells and do a few exercises. 5. Walk as you are talking on the telephone. Don't sit down to talk. Things to Do At Work
1. Park away from the building so you have to walk further. 2. Instead of emailing a coworker on the next floor or calling them on the telephone, take the stairs and talk to him or her in person. 3. If you are traveling, stay in hotels that have swimming pools or gyms. Take a nightly swim or ride an exercise bike or walk on a treadmill to pass the time between meetings. You'll be amazed how this can increase your fitness level. 4. If you are delayed at an airport, take a stroll through the airport instead of just sitting in a chair. 5. During your lunch break put on your walking shoes and walk around your building a few times after you have eaten your lunch. 6. If your company has a sports team, participate in it. Things to Do During Recreation Time
1. Plan activities that require physical activity such as biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, skating, bowling and more. 2. Instead of taking a taxi do your sightseeing by bike or by walking. 3. Take a dancing class such as belly dancing, ballroom dancing, ballet or even an exotic dancing class. Turn up your favorite music and dance at home! 4. Instead of lying on the beach, fly a kit, walk the beach or at least sit up and watch the waves. 5. If you golf, do not rent a cart, try walking instead. 6. If you like to shop, park as far away from the mall’s entrance as possible. 7. Buy a dog that you have to walk.
These are just a few of the things that you can do on a daily basis to help you go to the next exercise fitness level. Many people reach a plateau in their workouts and overcoming it can seem daunting. By incorporating these tips into your daily life your body can reach the next exercise fitness level easily.
